Clear instructions for you or our firm to execute bids on your behalf, whether by phone, absentee, or online. 2. Booking & Cancellation Policy: A Note on Pricing & Value: The $5,000 fee reflects the high-level, proprietary market intelligence and network access provided during this session. A significant portion of this fee is allocated to the extensive preparatory research and coordination our team undertakes before the consultation to ensure we deliver maximum value. Strict Cancellation Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of this service and the significant preparatory work involved, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the designated meeting time will result in the forfeiture of the entire $5,000 fee. Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours' notice one time, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
