Service Description
At QKR, we believe in transparent and value-driven partnerships. In order to book this service you must first have scheduled and conducted our initial discovery call. For a dedicated strategic session, including a detailed market report and acquisition roadmap for 1-3 artists, we operate on a project-based fee structure starting at $2,500. This investment is often credited against a future acquisition commission, demonstrating our commitment to a long-term, aligned partnership with our clients. Includes: Market Overview: A detailed analysis of your target artists' markets, including auction performance graphs, recent private sale trends, and critical reception. Preliminary Valuation Benchmarks: Not a formal appraisal, but a well-researched estimate of current fair market value for specific works, backed by comparable sales data ("comps"). Sourcing Recommendations: A strategic plan outlining whether target works are best acquired at auction (and which upcoming sales to watch), through primary gallery channels (and which galleries to approach), or via private dealers. This includes advice on the timing of a purchase. Access: An introduction to the advisor's network, which can include gallery principals and auction house specialists.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: A Note on Pricing & Value: The $5,000 fee reflects the high-level, proprietary market intelligence and network access provided during this session. A significant portion of this fee is allocated to the extensive preparatory research and coordination our team undertakes before the consultation to ensure we deliver maximum value. Strict Cancellation Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of this service and the significant preparatory work involved, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the designated meeting time will result in the forfeiture of the entire $5,000 fee. Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours' notice one time, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
